Judy and I were walking through her flower gardens and I snapped some photos. Thought I would share them with you! Now, I am not big on botanical names but I gave them a try.
Let's start with an easy one for me: a red geranium that we grew from chutes this winter. The orange flowers surrounding it are part of our sea of daylillies.

Some kind of purple fluffy flower. I don't know...let's call it Cecelia.

I got this one. It is a rose. But what color is it?

Don't mind my finger that got in the way. This is Wesley, our solar owl that stands guard against snails at night!

Four petunia baskets that Judy grew from small plants. They seem to keep going and going and going as long as you pinch back the spent flowers.

This is Wesley's friend, Mylo. He is our official greeter. The pink and white flowers are, uh, pink and white dillies. Sure!

The dainty white flowers are alyssum and the others are their friends!

This is in the shady part of the garden and springs up every year in spite of all the snow that falls on it from the roof. Again, I have no idea, but I call it Big Red.

The daylillies this year are six feet tall. Unfortunately, they all bloom at once and then that is it! Not unlike those one-hit bands, like The Safaris (Wipe Out) and Blue Suede (Hooked on a Feeling).

Just some random daisies that come up wherever they want. Great addition since they usually grow where nothing else will :)

And last but not least, we have Bunny who is also solar powered except her solar panel does not work anymore, but she is still Bunny and always has a smile!

I hope this short tromp through Judy's gardens gave you a few Zen-type moments!
